I didn't change any last time on my SS. But on my higher mileage 99 truck, I needed new waterpump gaskets. I went ahead and changed out the crank front cover seal, but not the timing cover gasket. Those are the ones you may need.

For my own benefit, I threw on some new ones (water pump, timing cover, and crank seal) since I was already in there. I've heard several times you can reuse the origianl ones unless it's a high mileage engine. I'd definately get a new crank bolt. They're not much and it's your lifeline.

Yep, SDPC will take care of ya. They have both cam or cam/head kits. Both include all the needed gaskets and the crank bolt.
In reality, the excellent rubber coated crush style gaskets that come stock are reusable. The crank bolt is cheap insurance, but I understand many folks do not replace them every time.
I paid around $250 for my cam/head gasket kit and will get better peace of mind. No point in spending $400+ for your cam stuff and not replacing gasket materials.

Where do you get the crank bolt from if you already have the gaskets?

I see two number for the crank pulley bolt:

12557840

Does GM make the "long" crank pulley bolt, or is that something special out of a good hardware store?

(The long bolt is used to help remove/install the pulley)
