Default cam swap

How long did it take you guys to swap cams, rockers, rods and springs.

can get it done in about 5hrs for cam,springs, and rods, never done the rockers so not for sure on that. good luck.

I have the Flex fans on now. They allow alot more room. Do you have to remove the radiator or do you think its enough room. I haven't did any measurements.

Radiator needs to be removed.

yep, the radiator needs to come out but the ac condensor thingy is fine

the time consuming part is the springs. Normally takes about 40-60mins on the springs since you dont wanna rush to much their. Cam swap is simple... me and 2 friends swapped a cam out in a lil over a hour once, but each of us knew what we were doing so it was like cutting butter. But with a few people the average time is 3-6 hours roughly.. goodluck

My cam was done in 4 hours, the rockers and springs took me another 14 hours....damn adjustable rockers!

Which time? my first took about 8 hours cause of the springs. The second, third and forth time I keep getting faster. A lot has to do with what kind of spring compressor you decide to use.

I have the comp cam compressor. And I have the adapter to force air into the cylinders. How much air is need to keep the valves closed?
