220/220 112 can be found at Thunder Racing. They also have it in a 114 lsa as well as 224/224 112 and 114 lsa.

OK so F8L, your saying that the cam you have would be a bit much for my truck? I definitely need some low end power, but I want this thing to lope if posible without giving up power. I know the 212/218 is a favorite, but what about LSA?????

Thanks

a 112 lsa will give you alot of lope. 114 lsa some lope. a 114 will be more streetable and will idle easier.

The Comp 212/218 .522/.529 114 cam in my 4.8 had a decent lope to it...I had a few driveability issues, but nothing major (i.e. I could live with it). I would think that a TR220 might cause some tuning issues, and might be a little much for a 3k stall in a truck.

I would go with either of the 212/218 Comps...I really liked my low-lift cam--has anyone put the high-lift in a 4.8?

I have learned alot more about cams since posting in this thread (thanks BigTex!) and the TR220 is going to be a little big for a 5.3 and all the power will be up high. im going with a 214/218 with 113lsa ground on comp XE-high lift lobes buy comp. this will give me more all around power.
