Default Cam/Spring/Tuning Q's: Long

So I want to put a cam in soon (who doesn't), and with 01 Thunder's success with the TR224 cam it got me thinking. I wan't to do something similar for my 4.8, and I was wondering what you guys thought about these cams in relation to one another and the TR224:
CAMS
1. Lunati 224/224 .560/.560-112:Very similar to TR224 but a lot cheaper.

2. Comp 222/224 .566/.568-112

3. LPE 222/222 .570/.570-112 :On sale and $100 cheaper than the Lunati

Which do you think is the best? It seems to me that the Lunati and the LPE are almost the same. Wouldn't 2* less duration and .010" more lift yield similar results?
SPRINGS
I can get a great deal on the Z06 springs (up to .570" lift), and they're cheap enough as it is, do you guys think they'd be adequate for any of the above cams?
TUNING
Finally, do you think Allen could tune my combo, via a mail order tune? I know I'll need a tune right away to get it to run with any of these cams, so I wan't to do it all at once if possible.

Sorry for the long length!

Sorry for the double post, but I just Desktop Dyno'd the cams, and here's what I get. (For comparison sake only!)

_________Avg. Hp___Avg. Tq____Peak hp/tq
LPE______267.2_____333.1______348/372
Lunati____268.5_____333.5______352/371
Comp____268.7_____334.6______352/373

Averages were taken between 2000-6500rpm

These numbers seem a little high, but that's probably b/c I used an LS1 head file. There also seems to be very little difference between all of them.

So with the stock cam (190/191 .466/.457-114), I get:
Avg. hp=200
Avg. tq=268
Peak hp/tq=246/340

Seems a little low, but I did the LS1 hotcam for ***** a giggles and here's what I got....very interesting: hot cam
Avg. hp=272.4
Avg. tq=338.4
Peak hp/tq=358/375
despite the negative feedback about that cam....the numbers don't like, comparatively speaking.
