Default cam questions

Hey guys
Anyone know if the comp xr265hr can be bought in a 112lsa?
Im looking for a cam for my 2003 ecsb silverado. Its a 5.3 auto with 373 gears. I have done alot of homework on cams and i was stuck on the tsp220
But im really not wanting to put a stall in the truck so i dont wont to kill the low end power?
I like all the reviews on the comp 265 but i would the choppy idle of the tsp220 (i know i know) lol
Anyhow ive only owned the truck 2 weeks and its already started lol
Mods so far belltech 3-4 kit with shackles and hangers in rear and springs up front. Nitro drop 2 shocks (soon to be removed junk)
Cold air intake and cat back thunder flowmaster exhaust
20 inch 2012 sierra wheels with 275-45-20 goodyear gt2s

This is my first post on here so please dont mistake me for a pro, but I believe you can call COMP Cams and they can "custom grind" a cam for you with those specs and a 112lsa. I am looking to do the same things when the cash comes in. Maybe a veteran will chime in and tell us for sure.

i was thinking maby a tsp220r would be ok for me?
I guess i want my cake and eat it too.

Comp off the shelf grinds are just that, off the shelf. You can make your own though and order it through Texas speed. You pick the lobes, duration, LSA, and ICL

Yeah, you can get a custom grind from Comp Cams or better yet get the HT1 SDPC cam (214/218 .559/.562 111). The 111 LSA will sound even meaner.

That sounds great!!
How would that cam stack up to the xr265 high lift?
Just going off the numbers im guessing its a tiny bit larger than the 265 and a little smaller than the 220?

The HT1 a step up from the XR265HR and a couple steps down from the TSP-220. Trick Flow offers a 216/220 .560/.560 114 LSA (Summit Racing) that is one step down from the 220, but it has a 114 LSA. I didn't mention it because I thought you wanted more lope.
