So a few days ago i picked up my lq4 and im ready to drop her in. She came as a full longblock with the exceptions of intake and accessories. Also included in the deal was an extra cam. It is a bullet cam with 238/244 dur @50 and a 112lsa. (you've probably seen it for sale in the classifieds)

I was thinking that cam was too big for my daily driving/ commuting to work and school. So my questions are pretty basic.. what are the specs on a stock 6.0 lq4 cam and a Z06 cam? Also, for you guys who have done the swap already and have aftermarket cams, which would you recommend and why?
