Default cam questions

hey if i put in a ls1 cam in my 4.8 and ls1 springs will i need new retataners for the springs or will the stockers work and will i need new push rods and rocker arms

you wont need new rockers, you can get new pushrods if you like but its not a must have.

the retainers you have will work but it is good to have a couple extra. you wont need springs with that cam but if you are going to be in there you can. no you do not need rockers.
