Default Cam Position Sensor After Cam Swap

I just finished swapping a cam, springs, pushrods, etc into my 09 4.8 liter. Install went smooth, motor runs great. However, after driving it around a while it started to throw a cam position sensor code. P0341. Motor is running great still even with code. Could the sensor have gone bad during removal and reinstallation, or is the cam setting the code itself? Is this something a proper tune could fix? Thanks in advance.

Figured out my own problem. Pulled a noob move and used the wrong top cam sprocket. Ls2 instead of the Ls7. I'm a noob. This post can be closed.
