Whoever spec'd that first cam was on drugs. That is way to much duration for a daily driven truck, not very much lift. It all depends on the TQ converter you want to run. I would run something in the area of 600 lift with a duration in the area of 228-235 on a 112-114 lsa. You could get away with a converter in the 3000-3500 range.

Lots of variables.... Intake, compression. Bigger verters/gears will show smaller #'s on the dyno. You would be in the range of 450/500

25x/26x/621 lift, 12:1 compression pump gas 500+ wheel horsepower 4500 stall, needs a 5500 lol but drives great even on the street

Longer duration cams are more tolerant of low octane than torque cams. With your heads, a cam similar to mine should work for you. It was spec'ed to peak at 6000 rpm in my engine.

Specs in sig, low lift, like .551 or something. It seems like you have not talked to any cam companies, they can't give you a power rating. You are asking all the wrong questions and have a lot to learn. I suggest that you set reasonable goals and pay somebody to spec a cam.
