I know everyone is gonna tell me to do a search but here i go anyway. I have an 04 sierra 5.3 ext cab 4x4 with a single flowmaster and drop in k&n. I know a cam shouldn't be my first major mod but what type of cam should i be looking for. This is my DD and i don't plan on doing any major drag racing. Just something that sounds good and gives me alittle more power all the way around. How much money do i need to expect to spend also.
