Default Cam install questions. Dont worry I searched

I searched but with not much luck. Where do I get a longer crank bolt for my cam install and also do you have to have one of those crank pullers to get the pulley off?

new crank bolt from the dealership for about 3$. the one you take out will be longer. i just tap the crank pulley on then use the old bolt to pull it the rest of the way on. back out the old bolt and put the new bolt in trying to torque to spec. you will need a pulley puller to get the pulley off.

thats guna be a lopy *** cam! have fun tuning

Get a 3 jaw puller. Dont get the $10 no-name brand one either or it will bend. The pulley is in there pretty good.

Get the chrysler harmonic balancer puller from autozone. You can rent it too.

As far as the crank bolt, you can get it from any bolt store or online places carry them I'm sure. You might think about pm'ing 1slow01z71(Cody), he had an extra longer crank bolt last time I checked.
