cam fuel injectors swap

cam fuel injectors swap
planning on changing out the cam and fuel injectors what have you guys done or recommend
i have a 1500 sierra short cab short bed
5.3
3.73 gears
CAI
duel exhaust
and after the cam and fi i am going to put in headers to free things up a bit but thats for a later day
let me know what you guys got for the cam and fi's
