Default cam finally going in, couple of ?,s

I finally started my cam swap last night, TR 220 112, going in 5.3. First is I have read a couple of guys getting the cam out without pulling the radiator out, can it be done, or should I go ahead an pull it out? Second, how does the clutch fan come off, do I pull the 4 bolts on the back of the fan, or hold the pulley and loosen the big nut/bolt behind the fan? Thanks guys and Im sure I will have more questions.

The nut, not the bolts. I used a chain wrench wrapped around the pulley to hold it still while I had a cresent wrench on the nut and hit it with a dead blow hammer. It came off easy.

The rad will have to come out, but the a/c condenser doesn't. I just finished the GT2-3 in mine.
