Default Cam Change ?

Hey guys, I was wondering what cam you guys are using in your 6.0L trucks. I was considering the TR224 112 LSA cam. People on here say that its too small, and allen at nelson performance says he thinks its too big. Keep in mind this is for a daily driven truck. I dont want to lose the mid range power, and I was told that the 112 LSA will help with that. I also want the lopey idle, which the 112 gives I guess. Just thought I'd see what you guys thought about this cam. I'd appreciate any suggestions on other cams also. Thanks.

The 224 is a very common cam in the 6.0's...what about your torque converter?

I have the stock 5 speed in it. No torque converter. Sorry, I forgot to mention that.

I thought I heard of the 224 being a common cam for the 6.0L. How's the drivability on the 230?

The driveability of my 235/239 is just as good, if not better, than it was with my TR224.

I just called texas speed and they suggested their 228r cam. Little bigger than what I was thinking, but after talking with the guy, I felt more comfortable putting that in my daily driver.
