wuts recomended for cam breaking in times got put it did a 30 min break in wut else do i do next???

I would put a couple of heat cycles on the springs before gettin up there in the rpm's, the cam no need.

Cam break in no.. But i think its a good idea to do a couple heat cycles on the springs and pushrods IMO.

oil pressure is normal which is suprising

why would that be surprising? you do a oil pump? what cam and springs?
