agreed, dont flog it too hard (depending on the springs & lift). I would say if they're like LS6 springs, give it hell after the worst 2 footed drive ever to get it tuned.

Then beat the **** out of it!

i personally wouldnt romp on it at all until its tuned...but thats just me...

yeah im gonna drive it easy for couple hundered miles i put a patriot cam in 225 @.050"
Exhaust Duration: 229 @.050"
Intake Lift: .580"
Exhaust Lift: .590"
LSA: 114+4

got new pushrods and springs it was a kit really need to get a tune done cant get it to idle worth a crap and stoping sucks
