Default Cam battle is over for now

I went with a 216/220 525/532 on 114. I talked with thunder racing and they wanted me to go smaller so I thought ok then I will take it. The guy says it has a old muscle car lope to it so we will see how long it stays in the truck before it gets pitched. So who has a stall for sale now cheap? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="gr_images/icons/tongue.gif" />

What would a cam like that do for a set up like mine...whipple charger...??I suppose losing some low end wouldn't be that bad of a trade with the whipple if it would help it pull all the way to 6000rpm's.I havent seen any post with someone running a cam with a charger..wonder what all would have to be done besides tuning??

I still would have went with the 112, but I just love that lope. What size stall you looking for? Give TCS a try. Talk to Derek and tell him I sent you. He may be able to work out a good deal. I do know their customer service rocks!

i'm going with a comp grind 220/220 .553/.553 114, i will definatly need a stall, and long tubes are a sure thing. but i think in the end this will be a great addition to the motor

Well greg I wanted the 112 but without buying edit i dont think i would have been able to tune it enough with a auto. I am wanting a 3200 to a 3500 stall. I was going to buy a 2500 but everyone says " you will wished you'd gone bigger" I was also worried about the ramp rates with a 112
