CA Smog questions

I said screw it too and had my cats removed for better tone. Ivebeen looking for LTs for my new 6.0 and whipple. Was thinking of doing pacesetters and ORY. If those Thorley's are CA smog legal then I'm all for it!!! What's the price on those bad boys? They look like a tri-y header too. Is that good or bad?
Also, what do you guys think of spintech mufflers? I'll have 2 super 40's coming off my current setup when I get a new exhaust setup.
Anybody in the area want to help me eighths 6.0 and 80 swap?
