LQ9 is flat top pistons with a factory 10:1 comp. So with some good milled, ported 241s you should be at about 10.5:1. Dependent on gaskets used and how much you mill 
The 243s are supposed to flow a little better than the 241s (I believe the intake and or exhaust runners are a little bigger), also if you get older 241s they are something like foam molded IIRC? so they combustion chamber isnt as smooth. If you can get your hands on some 243s for cheap tho I'd do it. You shouldnt have to mill them as much to get more compression.

i have some of boths that are take offs of rich people that just leave there stock are old parts at are shop lol.... what year are make do i need to get the 6.0 out of i can get a 6.0 out of a 07 2500 with 40k on it for 1100 intake to oil pan everything even wireing...

so has any put the edelbrock PRO-FLO XT on a all motor truck i've been thinkin about get one and just wanted to know if any has one on there truck and i dont want to lose lowend...
