burning oil?
#1
here we go. i had a new transmission installed. one week later i installed my pacesetter longtubes. after about 200 miles after the install of my longtubes my low oil light came on. i was a quart low. about 100 miles after that i check the oil again and its sittin low again. WTF? i dont see any drips where it sat parked for 2 days...i looked all over and dont see any leaks. could it be related to the transmission or headers? any other ideas?

can this set off any codes. my truck threw a code on me on the way to drop it off to get it fixed. i figured it was 02 related since im not sure if my rear 02's are deleted....but wouldnt it pick that up 400 miles ago?

Wont cause your truck to burn oil mine didnt and numerous others havent. I dont know why it would start burning oil after the lt install
PCV doesnt make any sense as to why it your truck is burning oil.

I have the same issue, I got about 1800miles on my truck after the cam/spring install, and about 400miles ago I got a low engine oil light too. I added about 3/4 of a quart..??? my truck has never consumed oil either?? I thought about the pcv valve too, but have not gotten to it...
