If your tune is a MAIL order.....then theres your first mistake...with that much major mods, as far as head work and a cam go, you should be getting a custom dyno tune

well, really the only accurate way to see if it's rich is with the use of a wideband. You could log some data for us though with EFILive. If you enter PE while trying to do a burnout (which you should) the O2's should be reading 850'ish depending on the commanded a/f ratio. If you're seeing 970+ then that bitch is rich (in the words of rick james haha)

1) step one, find someone to help yopu figure out your tuning software.
2) step two, get it dialed on the street
3) step three, take it to a dyno shop with a wideband, and get your PE dialed
4) step four, enjoy your newfound "burnoutability"

cost of dyno time with wideband is around $100 an hour, if your street tune is dialed, it should take you about 30min on the dyno.
