I have a 05 ECSB 2wd silverado w/ 5.3 DD and LTs,Cai w/ either cracked 706 heads or a blown head gasket I have about 3000- maybe 4500 to spend I'm wanting to cam it up (not sure what size need suggestions) trying to pick up a set of 243 heads not sure if I want to P/P or keep in stock form wanting to go with a 3500 stall w/ tranny cooler my question is what cam kit should I go with don't really have an HP number in mind just wanting a good rythem and nice DD/ track truck
