Between the transfer case, 14-bolt, 4.10s and 22" wheels I'm sure I'm trying to overcome more drivetrain loss than most. Best part is the driveability with the converter is 100% better. Overall I'm happy and highly recommend Andrew and Complete Street Performance.

It makes 400. The 14bolt and 22s are chewing up some hp.

The gears are skewing the dyno some.

What was your timing and wot afr?

AFR should do real well about 12.8-13.0 @ WOT. Timing in the mid to mid-high 20s should be about right depending on RPM. With a ported set of 243s and a TBSS Intake, assuming you don't have one, that's a easy 400+rwhp combo.

Attached is the dyno sheet from the last run with the AFR. It made a few more tq on the first run. I believe Andrew said the timing was at 24.

It's a crate LS3 swap (821 heads) and car intake.

With AFR @ 12.7ish it's pretty much spot on. What's the dips in the graph though? At smoothing factor 5 you'd be surprised what it would look like without that smoothing factor added in.

Anyone have experience with the Stage 2 or 3 without a stall converter? Is it safe? I am asking because i'd like to run it for a while until I get my converter and wanted to know if it would be safe and or perform like it's supposed to? Sorry for the long *** question lol!

turns out they, like most other places, don't seem to wanna give direct comparisons to competitors' products - kinda like Disney World or Japanese advertising: just pretend other things don't exist. standard responses like 'oh, well i ain't familiar with xyz cam, so i can't really speculate the difference because lobes, material, specs, etc are all different'. that's the same thing i've heard from Comp, Vinci, TSP, you name it.
the rep did seem to feel like the truck stg3 wouldn't be too big, though, considering my gearing & stick shift.

No, it's my daily/tow rig. Might take it some day but don't have any plans to at the moment.
