Thanks for all the inputs. I will try the extractor this weekend. I have tried to drill it out with no success though. I will give it a few more shots before I decide to pull the head.

You will need a carbide drill bit if you want to go that route.
http://www.mcmaster.com/ has any size you need in stock.

cobalt bits will drill through most metals with ease. sucks but your best bet is to use the finger tool and rework the broken tap out.

Yea gonna be a pain. Ive already put a lot of time into this, while just making the head worse. So if I can't get this thing out, I have the go ahead to only change the one head?

These work great! The company I work for makes them. They are just for broken taps or anything made of hardened HSS.

You might just take the header loose and put that copper gasket maker on the stock gasket and you might not have a leak after that.
