Default Boost referenced fuel pressure regulator

My plans are tbss intake with a torqstorm supercharger. Do I need a boost referenced fuel pressure regulator? If so, would I still run the vette filter since I have return style system? Or would I get a return style boost referenced regulator and fittings for the single fuel inlet on the tbss fuel rail and ditch the vette filter? I’m having a total brain fart dummy moment.
