This is like the posterboard for what not to do.

Forget the MAF, BBK TB, and Helix, I would personally not go the way of rockers, and I think there are better wires than Granatelli's, and the Predator--no--.

Yank 3000 is good as well as servo's. Get a custom tune, MSD or JBA Plug Wires--not that you'll see much from wires. I think the Pullies will help some. Oh, and I haven't really seen that many all that happy with the Vararam Intake. Save your money on some of the other stuff and get some headers or a cam or something more beneficial.

I have JBA wires from the Regency conversion. As far as the cam. What is a good size to go with. Want to get a good rumpety rump idle but not to wild that my mpg goes to crud. Anybody have a cam company and size that would go good with a Magnacharger? I have seen on a website that there are different size pulleys to increase boost. Does this have a Big impact on cam size or should I just get a "mild" cam that will work with the boost I want to run with. I don't know much about superchargers. Just want some opinions. Thanks guys U R great and always help out a fellow gearhead. Rock on!!!

First of all, the JBA's are about the nicest shorty headers around. The only problem is that those headers are only netting you about 5-10 rwhp. Sell the JBA's and get some longtubes. Since you are going to a magnacharger get some nice headers like dynatechs or similar. The pacesetter longtubes are nice for the price but some aren't a fan(I won't name names).

As far as a cam, run the gt2-3. Since you are going to FI, I wouldn't go with a cam with a ton of overlap. There are two ways to gain overlap, huge duration numbers or smaller LSA numbers. With the charger you are going to want to run a cam around 115-117 lsa.

Also yes the smaller pullies generally increase boost(to a certain point) with a good tune. If you have a bad tune a 3" pullet may pull the same boost as one with 3.3"

I think he said JBA Plug wires not Headers. LoL.

Honestly man. Do some reading and research. There are a ton of knowledgable people on here that have been there done that. I understand that you are excited and want to go fast now, but slow down and take the time to understand what your doing. Every mod that you do, effects some or every other part of the truck. Just throwing a laundry list of parts at it isn't going to do much good, its all about setup and matching parts that work well together.

There are a ton of threads already covering all these topics you are asking about and searching for them will answer all your questions. Thats not to say that we won't help you out, but going fast takes time sometimes and its not going to happen overnight.

Take a deep breathe and plan your strategy, decide what it is that you are wanting out of the truck and then go for it.
