from what you listed, IMO the order of importance goes : exhaust, e fans, sways, traction bars, and lastly the pullies (not much if any bang for the buck)

as far as cosmetics go the roll pan is always nice and if you go w/the cowl, some of them will restrict you from pulling up the passenger side wiper blade. Not a big deal but just an annoyance when youre trying to wash your windsheild. I dont have one, but I would hate to have the hood painted and buffed all perfect......and then go to take up the wiper blade arm and scratch my new paint. But thats just me

rear end (gears + posi) is always a good thing - as someone already mentioned
