Bogging at my 1-2 shift
#1
I tested my Auburn out today, and it did alright. I was out on the road in front of my house, which doesn't have the best of traction conditions. There is some light sand and dirt on the road (same as any public road), and the tires always get light sand (enough to make it slick) on them. Anyway, before my Auburn, I was running 7.3-7.4 0-60. Now I am cutting a best of 6.3, some 6.4, then some higher 6.Xs.
Anyway, every time it shifts into second gear, it kind of bogs. I think part f the problem is that it is breaking traction into the shift. Not nearly as bad as with the open diffy, but it does shift and throw it up (almost instanly) about 5mph..... I am thinking that the bogging is coming from the spinning and then catching.
I think with some launching practice I can cut the times down to 6.0-6.1, maybe lower.
If I could figure out why I am bogging, and fix it, I think I'ld be in good shape....
Advice?

I've got to go w/ TM too. Mine doesn't do it and I have a super hard shift w/ the TransGo, both billets, performance 1-2 accum. spring, pinless accum. pistons, and the stock stall. Even w/ 300 lbs. sitting over the axles (tool boxes, spare and ****) it doesn't do it, just lites 'em up and keeps pullin'...Zed
