Blown Head Gasket
#1
Well I put the re worked heads on and had 180 comp, set the timing as close as I could, cranked it up, and boom, water blew out in front of #1 cyl. The timing was really advanced so I turned the dist. and it runs perfect, no lifter noise, but smokes white out the pipe now. This is the first blown gasket I've ever encountered, so I guess I'll do it all over again.

I've got 150 to 170 comp in all cylinders, now do I pressurize the radiator and see if water comes out of a spark plug hole while turning over the motor? Anybody have any suggestions. I hate to pull the heads if its not them.
