Blower or more juice.
I am considering putting the blower back on.
I have 10.5:1 compression so the boost would have to stay low, 5lbs. Then spray 150 (with the direct port) top of that, using C16 in the fuel cell. Changing my camshaft to my old 216/220@114. The only thing I am worried about (besides my transmission ) is the cylinder pressures.
Would this be better than just pilling it up to a dual stage 250. Hitting a 150 at 3200 with the direct port and then spraying 100 with a single nozzle. Sticking with my current 230/230@112+4.
If it was your truck or car what would you do?

What blower?
If you are running a non-intercooled blower like the old side mount magnacharger I would say more nitrous. If you have 10.5 now the hot air might be too much to justify the blower. But if you have an intercooled set up then there are more options. Like runming a very small dry shot through the intercooler would make an exponential return on power.

I would like the extra 75-100 hp that the blower gives you all the time. How often are you actually going to juice it. Plus it's free - 250 shot means you fill your bottle every 6 passes.
what is your ultimate HP goal?
How much is reliability a concern?
Could you pop in some forged slugs at around 9-9.5 compression?
How much of a daily driver is this - or how often are you gonna push it?

Procharger would be really nice, but I agree that 10.5:1 isn't really ideal for a blower, but it should be fine for more spray. I would prefer to have the blower and spray on, but I think that you might be faster and safer with just more spray. I don't know for sure though.
I would probably put the blower back on if it were me, but mine is a daily driver and hasn't even seen the track yet. Yours is definately more of a track truck than mine.

at 9.0 to 1 you are good up to 9 psi on the blower, any more then you need to drop to 8.0 to 1 on comp, with winter comeing on soon and a comp of 10.5 to 1 i would run around 6 psi or less on the blower, should have you around 14.8 on comp almost 15 to 1.
