anyone have specs on the z06 cams?

this is a good thread. I'm suprised i never saw it.

I believe the newer one is 204/218 .550/.550 117.5 LSA. I haven't confirmed that from a 2nd source however.

The Z06 also has 2 degrees of retard ground into the cam. that's why I didnt go for that option. It is cheap though.

Just pop for an adjustable timing set,when you replace the timing chain and advance the ZO6 cam about 8 degrees of advance.

That will work, but is it a good blower cam?

I think that the 01 ZO6 cam installed with 4 to 6 degrees of advance is a budget minded alternative for your application.I also think that an aftermarket cam will make more power.BUT,you need to disscuss your application your chosen cam manufacturer giving them your goals and specifics of your setup.
