Default Biggest cam for stock stall (daily driver)?

Gonna cam my 5.3 yukon and want to keep driveability and stock stall. What the biggest I can go? This truck will be lifted and have 35" tires.....thanks.

The one in my sig is the result of me asking the same exact question and doing lots of research. Expecially with those big diameter tires, you don't want to lose ANY torque down low, which is what you risk doing with a cam any bigger than about 206/212. Call Terry at Cam Motion, he will hook you up.

VHP 044 or 047
Comp 206/212
Crane 1449555 (same as VHP 044)

all will give you great low-end to spin the big meats you have planned

I am putting the VHP 044 in my 5.3 this summer after school lets out... I guess Ill see how that goes, I think it would do pretty good though. My .02

That cam should work pretty well in a blown 6.0 like you have.....in a stock stalled/geared NA 5.3 with 35's it would be a DOG
