No bubble here just wanted to stay with the same motor that came in the truck. LTNKLRO1 keep us advised on your build looks like I'm pretty much wanting to copy you, just maby not the same heads but if yours work well maby EVERYTHING . My tranny is just barely hanging in there may be time to look for a t56 will they bolt straight to the motor?

Very different motors
I think that graph should look like this. I am pretty sure the 4.8 is the only LSx with the 6.275" rod, due to it's short stroke

fandango you are right. the rods were one of the hardest parts to find bc they are not used in the other engines.
