Default best procharger exhaust set up ?

modds in sig Iam currantly running the OBX LT.s into 1 - 3" I have searched and searched and not alot on Pros with exhaust...i am wonrdering if the single 3" is not enough...iam also taking the aerochamber off ...love the sound but its chambered so iam sure a few more ponies to be got there...looks like 2.5 or 3" duals are what most people are running ...I would just keep the 3" with a straight thru muffler if i thought it wasnt holden back some untapped HP...anybody played with this for PC and noticed diffferance either way ...iam not running a huge cam either...hmmm....again like what i got but dont want to give up any free HP or low end with the new PC...

A single 3" will support a decent amount of power in a blown setup, I am not sure at what level it would be a restriction but..... I have had quite a few different exhaust setups and many of them were when I was supercharged. The biggest difference I found in everything was the LT's and off road mid pipes. Performance wise I didnt notice much if any difference between dual 2.5, dual 3", or single 3" for that matter. Was running 8-10psi for referance.

My truck ran the numbers in my sig with pacesetter longtubes, ORY into a single 3" pipe about 3' long and then into a 4" Magnaflow race muffler dumped.

Also dynoed 700 rwhp at only 6000 rpm. I had to shut it down as the trans let go on the dyno. Given the track times I assuming it was somewhere near 800 rwhp.

Pics of the exhaust can be seen in my for sale thread: https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...d.php?t=461019

I run a single 3" also [Corsa and Magnaflow combo] but I don't have a comparison for you.

FWIW, I run a dual setup and don't see it as a negative.

Great truck, I'll be on the lookout for it around town.
