best plugs and wires for the 5.3?

Default best plugs and wires for the 5.3?

what are the best wires our there for our trucks? I would also like to know what plugs your all running with full exhaust and intake?

Best wires. I would say stock is fine. Plugs I am happy with delco's.

You'll do fine with stock, but another good option is NGK TR55 plugs and MSD wires. That's what I'm using and they've been holding up fine. I've removed the wires numerous times while performing mods (valve spring swaps, header upgrade, etc.), and they keep holding together. If you have money to burn, Denso Iridium plugs are the best for longevity, and burning off excess carbon, from what I've read...no performance increase though.

Stock wires or you're asking for problems. NGK TR5's for plugs.
