Ebay, It was NIB. I am happy with it. Just be patient and you will find a good deal. Also I see them pop up here used for decent prices as well.

I have an Airaid, bought it for $200 and then got the MIT tube from a member on this board for another $60. You can get the whole kit now for less.

I'm not convinced the stock airbox flows poorly, but the stock tube sure does. I will buy the MIT when I get around to it.

I'm going to be getting an Outlaw within the next two weeks. (agreement done, waiting for seller to go to a turbo before before the transaction is made.) I've neard nothing but good things about them on SilveradoSS.com.

I have a UPD, but I'm not all that crazy about it. Fueling/tuning/carburetion in the lower throttle ranges seemed to be flat. It did pull well up top, but I wasn't all that impressed. It ended up breaking on me, and it's been in boxes for about a year now. I only ran it for a month and a half or so.

I've been running a cotton-gauze filter in my stock setup for a while now. I'm pretty happy with that, but wanted to try something different when I scanned a 10ft/lb difference in power between a paper filter and this one... up around 5,000-6,000rpm.

I have a K&N FIPK. Don't get the 77 FIPK series because it's metal and gets hotter. A buddy of mine has a Volant, and told me that if he could do it over again, he would've definitely gone with the K&N. You can't beat the price or the quality. I bought mine off of ebay from an ebay store for $223.60 shipped.

Here's the link to the place on ebay that I bought mine from. They still have a great price. Buy it now for $199 as opposed to Summit's price of $279. I bought mine from this same company and I had it to my door within a week.

go to ebay and look for a CAI setup for the 5.3. i just finished installing an ebay CAI on my brothers 2003 5.3, and all i can say is WOW. SOTP gains were way better with this $30 setup compared to my $200+ K and N. it gave his exhaust a completely new note which sounds awesome. i wish i would have saved myself some cash and went with one of these. there was a boat load of them for sale on ebay a couple days ago. iam pretty sure there is still many on there(i think its some guys ebay store) all it includes is a very large blue cone filter, the cold air box, and the neck thingy to mate up to the stock tubing. 20 minute install. my brother loves it, as do i.

ps the quality looks just as good as my K and N .
