I have a 5.7L head with raised compression on a 5.7L so should keep you like stock since they are setup like a 5.3L head and a 223/.589/112 cam which would scream in a 5.3L or 6.0L truck. The heads flow 307cfm intake and 220cfm exhaust. $2k for a $3.2k head cam combo

When I decided to go forced induction. They would either keep my compression the same or raise it to 10.1:1 I can't remember. Either way it's bad for turbo/blowers

Sucks to obecause Craig at GTP was pretty stoked to see these heads since they were a very high dollar head back in the day and he knew the full story behind em. How they were once stolen, then used in some serious Texas street racing then sold to me for $2800 Hehehe

I ported a set of 5.3 heads myself and got a custom grind from Futral Motorsports. The heads are currently in the machine shop getting milled and flowed but I plan to install them this weekend. Here is the breakdown of my cost so far:
Cam/springs/pushrods/timing set - ~$740
Heads - freebee
Porting tools - ~$80
Milling - $60 / Flow Test - $70
Valve seals - $20
Gaskets - $150
Total - $1120

Gains??? We will soon see.
