is it just me or does the ported one look bigger?
it however does look cool as hell and makes me want to port/polish mine...
would some rattle can do a decent job?
or would i need some high temp (hopefully not) paint?
or could i just polish the exterior
what grit of paper should i use?

Inside the stock TB is a large ridge that restricts flow. The ported one looks much larger because it has been removed. In addition to that, the TB's are epoxied and contoured for better flow, the front half of the throttle shaft is cut off completely, throttle screws shortened, throttle stop ground down to open the blade 100%, and the blade itself is polished & knife edged.
Rattle can would not look that great. It would take a lot of cleanup work anyways. The easiest way is to sandblast which I do on every one. And paint is not as think and doesn't hold up anything like powdercoat, and powdercoating doesn't run either.
Brandon:
Just break down and buy one and you'll be very pleased, I gurantee that.

SWEET!!! That is a little bit better than mine actually yours is painted. Hey, just a little tip, take some more metal off of the butterfly shaft. I can't tell too much on these pics, but knife edge the butterfly too. Am sure you are careful with all of the process stuff and know not to make stuff too thin. You're the man! That stuff takes a while to do, and it looks Very Nice!

Brandon:
We can take care of alot of things underneath that hood of yours. Wait till you see the rest of the finished products. I'll wait till sponsership so I don't step on any toes.
Yeh, I'm pretty sure Tony wants one! LOL.
