Boost with no belt? Good luck whatever it is.
Nah, too complicated for my minimal fabrication equipment. I'll let you guys know when it's actually on and running. It's nothing special.

I am very curious about the PowerStroke intercooler. Can you find some more info on this? I see them all the time on Ebay. Maybe some pictures? Thank you.

Some good info and pics on this page. Seems the Buick guys have found a way to fit them in.

Are you guys' intercoolers even getting hot? What's your intake temps like? Mine barely even gets warm after driving a while. BTW they have this cheap galvanized harware cloth screen at Lowes or Home Depot that is good for putting under the intercooler. I haven't been able to put it on yet. It will keep any rocks(small) from hitting the cooler.

BTW my intake temps go from 65 on a cool day-55 or so, to 90-95 when it's 75-80 out.(Autotap reading Intake air temp)

They run it on the grill side. One is a 94' and the other is a 89'model.It would just move your radiator back a little.

Ok, I see what your saying. When it stops raining I'll have to go take a look at what would be involved. For the price of one a little fabrication wouldn't matter.

Thanks

Why not get the intercooler from the Duramax it would be a perfect fit in our trucks. And is just as big as the PowerStoke.

Damn, now why didn't any of us smart guys in here think of that before.

It must just mean that GoldenVelvet is a damn genius.

Anybody have a pic/info on the intercooler setup in a D-Max?

Well here in Texas the tempature goes well over 95. It kills the IAT temps. After a 40-120 run my IAT reads 145-155. When it was 60 a couple of months ago, I loved it.
