Default ATF after change w/o TqMgt ...

Stuff came out clean and red. Nothing bad at all. Just an FYI to anyone wondering how it's holding up after about 10K mi. I do attribute some to the TransGo and billets...but I honestly think TqMgt actually hurts these trannies more than helps.

With the shift kit, yes, they do. The TQM will sense abuse and drop line pressure, then the tranny starts slipping, then it will slam the line pressure selenoid from one extreme to the other. That's hard on the pump!

That's GM for ya. Has anyone checked to see what line pressure is WOT during a shift? I bet it's stupidly low...

I'm tellin ya... I am very certain TqMgt causes the problems that people experience. Well aside from low fluid flow to the clutch packs and having a steel shaft into an aluminum drum...pulling line pressure on the WOT shift is DUMB...it needs to be boosted there!
