asp under drive pully
#2
Iv heard mix results. From the techs at the shop I work at. They say no, it ***** everything up. Pretty much with an underdrive Pully, the Alternator wont spin fast enough to charge at idle. Plus, considering that pully is made to be used with all the other ones to produce the right amount of charging and all around smooth performance. I vote no...but some people wil do anything for that extrea 5hp haha.

My cam has 112 lsa, so it still sounds good. My wife says it sounds like crap, just how I like it
, I just wish it loped a little more, but I bet its going to be a great sleeper cam. When I get all the bugs worked out, I dont think any locals will expect a 14 sec Z-71
I'll even pop the hood. Nothing to see but LS1 fans. and a sticker that says "this vehicle is equiped with.......K&N air filter..... Bla bla bla. K&N sticker, red MSD's and Red top Optima, but its a 2000 with 102 k miles. Just maintenance right?

Come on man. The pulley makes a good difference. And besides the only other pulleys available in this set are the smaller/larger alternator pulleys. I'm running my ASP with the stock alternator pulley and no problems at all. It's a good cheap bolt on if you ask me. And the ASP pulley is much easier to remove than the stock pulley
