I dont have one yet, but i hear good things about the ASP pullys. From what i have read, you should get around 10 to 12 rwhp. I havent heard of anyone over heating due to them.

i dont think it will cause it to overheat. maybe charge a little less at idle. not sure on the power. some have gained and some have not. if you arent heavily modded then it will more than likely help out.

definately worth in my opinion. My voltage did go down with it but i just raised the idle to about600-625 and problem fixed.

Mine should be here today. When I get them on I will let you know if there is a big difference or not.

With a VHO, you will probably see some better gains than the smaller engines. It will not cause any heating issues. I've been running one for years with LT1 fans and getting to hot was never an issue even when towing 6000# plus.

My truck ran a little hotter after the install probably because of the waterpump now being underdriven. The LS1 fans I installed took care of it. I purchased the overdriven alternator pulley with the kit. No charging problems whatsoever.

i also run hotter now. i have a 160* thermostat and it runs about 190*, (before it was around 175) when my fans are on at idle the volts go down to 12.5 sometimes. how did you raise your idle tiburon? with the idle screw or with a custom tune?
