Just wondering where you feel it most, or if any in the throttle? I would think that it's great on top end , but then again I guess it's all in the set-up so it might benefit in the lower RPM's. Also you ride is pretty clean on the under side, is there any special cleaner you use (acid,de-greaser) or do you just pressure wash it? Nice set-up <img border="0" alt="[worship]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_hail.gif" />

The exhaust isn't quite finished yet. This is on a friends vehicle. I am helping him with the power part of his project.

You are right, it is very clean - only 650 miles on the odo. The trans pan is scuffed up a bit when we installed the Yank last week. The tranny is a FLP and they spray the whole thing with some cheap spray paint to make it look new. It came right off the pan. If you look in the converter access hole, you can see the red Yank peeking out.

I see now why it's so squeaky clean under there. Is this project somthing you did by fabbing up your own pipe, or did you have a muffler shop custom bend and shape some pieces to make it work? What about the cat's are they still in the stock location? Or are they even on there at all? This looks really nice. How much time-$$$ was invesed?

I'll post more pics once its finished. No cats. All the pipes were pre-bent mandrel bends. All the parts were cut to fit, then welded in place.

There is an X pipe just past the point where the pipes cross over the tranny support. From the X, there are two 3" dumps with QTEC electric cutouts. From there, each pipe has a single 3" round magnaflow muffler, then one pipe out each side.

Same thing. I asked and they said for an extra $75 they would make them with a 3" collector.

I called ASM. They said they didn't have a jig set up for a 3" collector. They said they could cut the collector off shorter, and weld a 3" in, but it would still be the same collector, only shorter. Then they started off on how I didn't need anything more than 2.5" anyway and I'd lose power... blah blah blah Either way, I saved $75 and will have a better final product.
