i'll take a few tenths everytime for the minor cost of the LS6 manifold...i have one for the silverado, but not the time to do the install...and my z28 came with one so i don't have to worry about that. wouldn't mind an LSX on it though.

So all the truck manifolds are the same 4.8,5.3, and 6.0?
These are the final numbers on the intake swaps on Chevy Performance.
Test 1 LS1
Peak HP: 419.7 @4,700
Peak Torque: 416 @ 5,800
Test 2 LS6
Peak Hp: 425.5 @4,700
Peak Torque: 421 @5,700
Test 3 6.0L Truck
Peak HP 427.9 @ 4,700
Peak Torque:419 @ 5,900
Test 4 F.A.S.T. LSX
Peak HP 426.2 @ 4,800
Peak Torque:427 @ 5,900
Test 5 Weiand/Lingenfelter
Peak HP: 411.2 @ 4,800
Peak Torque: 408.6 @ 6,000
