Default anyone running a 228r cam texas speed

any one running 228r cam from texas speed in a 6.0 what do you think of it here's the spec's tell me how it should run
228/228 .588/.588 on a 112 grind

they run good in 6.0's, what converter are you going to run and what type of vehicle.

in a lifted 2004 tahoe 4.56 gears and 3000 stall 35 inch tall tire

Probably too big for something like that. Not enough converter either. I learned the hard way. It will definitely sound good though

I would go with a smaller torquier cam with the converter you have. Maybe like a 220/224 or somthing like that

that is the cam i am going with in my LQ9 and the 3-3200 circleD converter. combo gets dropped in sunday...

Im running a comp 224/224 .581/.581 112 and it worked great behind the 3000 stall. It was my dd
