Anyone run a 24" case SI/SI 3inch Magnaflow?

True, there is ZERO drone. I have Corsa sport with LT's and ORY.
I have a question tho. My Corsa is too loud for me (Im in town 99% of the time) and anything above 3-3500 gets the cops attention real fast. Would a 5X11 magnaflow 22" case be quieter? I was thinking of taking off my cat back and just getting a magnaflow and maybe a resonator from the y back (all 3" of course) and hooking that to the Corsa tips. Would that quiet it down?
FYI, Im gonna have a cutout after the Y so it will still be loud when I want it to be.
