Default Anyone Heard Of Quickflow Mufflers?

WELL WHILE I WAS AT WORK TODAY I HAD A USED CAR SERVICE TO DO ON AN 03 EXT CAB SILVERADO WITH A 5.3, AND SOME 22'S.IT ALSO HAD A VOLANT COLD AIR AND SOME EXHAUST. SO ME BEING ME I WENT AROUND FOR A 30 MIN TEST DRIVE AND BURNOUT CONTEST BUT I NOTICED THE EXHAUST WAS REALLY DIFFERENT SOUNDING, SO WHEN I BROUGHT IT BACK I PUT IT ON MY RACK AND SAW THE MOST ODDLY SHAPED MUFFLER IVE EVER SEEN. BUT WHILE I WAS DRIVING I NOTICED IT WAS KINDA LOUD INSIDE THE TRUCK BUT ONE OF THE BEST SOUNDING MUFFLERS IVE EVER HERD ON THESE TRUCKS, IMO.THE MUFFLER WAS A 2 1/2 INCH SINGLE IN/OUT WITH A TRIANGLE SHAPE CASING, WITH A TURNDOWN, AND I CHECKED TO SEE IF THE CATS HAD BEEN GUTTED, BUT THEY WERE STOCK. I SAW THE NAME STAMPED IN THE MUFFLER, SO I TYPED THAT NAME INTO A SEARCH ENGINE AND I PULLED UP THE WEBSITE, AND THEY ARE MADE IN PIERRE PART, LOUISIANA. ANYONE EVER HERD OF EM? ANY EXPERIENCES, I JUST BOUGHT A 3INCH BULLET STILL IN THE BOX BUT I LIKE THE WAY THAT MUFFLERS SOUNDS SO I MIGHT BE MAKING MY WAY DOWN TO PIEERE PART TO GET ONE, THEY MAKE EM AND SELL THEM AT A LOCAL MUFFLER SHOP.AND I MAMANGED TO ****** THAT VOLANT COLD AIR FOR 50$ AND MY OLD ONE

I've seen one of the original prototypes on a Nissan 240... I've also heard it on a 4.8L, they are very nice mufflers, the casing is a delta shape. My old neighbor (with the 240sx) knew the guy that developed it (everyone from Pierre Part knows everyone though )

to get to Pierre Part drive down Hwy 70 like you are going to No Problem, pass up the turn for No Problem and keep driving, it's maybe 10 minutes past that.

I live in the P.P. area and quickflows are huge around here. My cousin has dual quickflows, hooker headers and ory on an 06 ecsb and the thing sounds mean. I think the headers really helped the sound though. Oh and if you don't like the bright yellow paint they come in dont worry cause it burns off pretty fast depending on how much you drive. another user on here (doindoe-nuts) has a quick-flow, I'll tell him to try to post up a sound clip.

How loud are these sumbitches? I am running LT's and magnaflow cats and duals right now, but thinking about going to a single 3" and ditching the magnaflow. I don't mind loud, I drive around most of the time now with open cutouts, but are they as loud as open cutouts or less? Some sound clips would be great. I heard one on a 4.7 dakota on their website, but those dodges are always a bit louder.

i think with the cats they will sound good. the guy i know with them that has no cats and it sounds crazy loud but if you get duals its a different story, quieter IMO. their is no packing in them what-so-ever but i heard talk about them coming out with one with packing in it. i guess you will have to wait and see.

it's been almost two years since I've heard one so I don't want to lie to ya.... but it I remember right it was louder than my Corsa Touring, but not obnoxious. the sound is unique. If you come down on Nov. 4th to the meet I'm sure you'll hear a few. Their website I think it quickflowmufflersdotcom

I went to their website and the clip they have on the Dakota sounds ****** mean as hell. I sent them an email to get some more info, I think I may be switching over very soon, but just going with a single 3" exhaust.
