Well I just happen to find a dyno chart on jetchips website. Using a mustang dyno they show stock horsepower was just shy of 250. Pretty impressive.

Hmm... Maybe I should take my mom's Trailblazer to Raging for a dyno! I'm curious to see what they really do

Are there any websites like this one for the trailblazer/envoy?

I would have liked to have the inline six in a full size. Its the same power as the 4.8 but with lots of room under the hood for a turbo setup.

Black on Black with a turbo 6. Grand National.

I wish they would put the all-aluminum 5.3 into the short wheelbase Trailblazer. Can you say 427 LS1 swap?

I'm looking at one pretty closely here that looks like it has some good potential.....
All aluminum 5.3 with 3.73 and limited slip.

Looking at the oil pan setup. If I would do an LS6 swap I think I would unbolt the engine from the pan and leave it in place when I pull the engine. Then drop the LS6 in without a pan, and bolt it back up that way!
