Default Anybody using MTI B1(221/221 558/558 114) cam

Anybody here have this cam installed in a 5.3. I might just slip one of these in and take the old 212/218 out.

yes, i luv it. It really kicks in at about 3500-3800, i mean you can feel it and hear it. I have a tt3200 stall. i noticed no loss in lowend power at all. i mean i can take off and be to 6000 rpms in no time. if i was to do it over i probably would have got a 224 112lsa, but i am really happy with the cam.

I just recently put in a T1 cam, same thing but 112 lsa. This thing is sweet, sounds like a different truck and pulls hard after 3000. I need a 3000 stall now... no complaints here...

Should work well. Pretty similar to the TR220 and that cam has proven to work well in a 5.3. I say go for it and see how she acts!
