Default Is anybody running WCCH heads right now?

Anyone have any drag times or dyno numbers from these? Or are we still waiting on the many who have purchased to install theirs?

Some folks out there are thinking about heads and need to know...

Exactly why Im going with different heads nobody has any experience with them to tell whether their tech specs relate to good gains or not.

Actually, I here they are good heads....but, and this is a big but!...I noted on their site that the 5.3's (stage 2's) are 235CC's when complete. Now, even with smaller valves you are going to lose some port velocity. How much is the Big unknown...Now they could have some smaller port size that's not advertised on their site. I have not spoken with them so, I don't have any experience with their product or line(to make an educated guess), maybe they could chime in on one of these post....If they are all 235CC heads though, I would look to 225CC AFR head before going that big....OK, actually I would buy a 205 port. That would work the best on smaller cyl engines...

Better have a fat motor or a big *** cam to even take advantage of that 235cc port size.

Even with the 408 and the big cam that Im going with I still dont want anything in the 225-235 range that is just too big for a truck you need the low end that a 205 is going to give you. FYI the DART LS1 heads have are 205cc.

Give me a few weeks and maybe I can help you. Do you need flow numbers? I am sure Richard will chime in here, he is on here from time to time.
I went with them cause of their flow numbers matched my cam and I could stay at the stock compression of the LQ9. The chambers on the Dart head are 62cc, which are way small for me I would be way over 11.1:1 with that head

Who has any tech specs on the new Dart head? I don't think anyone has had them dynoed yet either.I have seen some flow numbers from the "as cast version". I don't think there even is a CNC version done yet. Now I know they are going to change the valve stem size to 5/16 from 11/32. Dart makes a great product, but I don't think they are proven yet either.

I posted I dyno sheet with one of Richards first sets of stage 2, 317 heads a while back.

Are you sure about that? I have read postings from TEA and talked to Richard and the port velocity thing seems to be a little over emphasized compared to real world results, just an observation though.
